Returns & Exchanges

We have carefully crafted a special collection of children’s clothing, our goal is for you to receive a product that has been ethically manufactured with the highest standards.


No refunds, credits, accommodations, or exchange will be issued on Goodbye Sale items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, Isabel Garretón accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with tags within 30 days of order date or within 10 days of the delivery date, whichever is longer.

  • Exchange & Store Credit are processed at full value paid
  • Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • No refunds or exchange will be issued on sale items, web specials, final sale, custom items, or monogrammed items.
  • Shipping fees cannot be refunded.


  1. Complete the Returns & Exchange form HERE to notify our team of your intent to return/exchange.
  2. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you within 1 business day (US Customers only).
  3. Be sure to include in your return package the original invoice or your name, order #, and note if you would like exchange, store credit, repair, or refund.
  4. Package the item/items securely ship via USPS with provided label (US Customers) or the insured method you prefer at your own cost:

  5. Upon arrival in our warehouse, your return/exchange will be promptly handled.

An exchange should be immediate if available, otherwise it should be between 2 to 3 weeks. Credit card refunds should appear in your next billing cycle.

Please note that, unless we have made a mistake, shipping charges cannot be refunded and custom made or personalized items may not be returned.
